I have 26 years of experience in bookkeeping, payroll & management accounts; 15 years of these self-employed.
Before becoming self-employed I worked for several different companies including 12 years in family businesses. I started working in accounts back in 1994 and always worked alongside the companies accountants. I started out double entry bookkeeping manually, which is the best way, then went on to computerised accounts in 2000.
All through the years of bookkeeping I have enjoyed the day to day bookkeeping but also built my experience up in Payroll, Cost accounting, management accounts, auditing, VAT returns and Tax returns.
I am very proud to say that I have customers that have been with me from when I started self-employment. This is mainly because I am a very approachable person and go out of my way to help people. Another benefit being not charging for every minute I am working for them as I feel it’s a give and take on both sides. I maintain a loyal, professional service combined with affordable prices.
